Requirements must have:
- 2-3 years of experience in manual and automation testing
- Ability to analyse story card requirements and write test scenarios to test acceptance criteria. Facilitated and coordinated requirement analyst refining functional & non-functional requirements.
- Performed analysis of business and user needs, determining of new requirements, or revising existing requirements as necessary.
- Collaboration with developers, testers and/or end users to determine appropriate solutions and ensure test planning adheres to the proper requirements.
- Conducted story card estimation meetings, 3-Amigo review and retrospective meetings every release.
- Gathered business requirements for devising the test plan documentation.
- Liaised with business analysts and manual test team leaders to perform risk analysis and assessment associated with automation testing.
